And today, let's cook meatballs with rice with gravy, but not on the stove, but in a slow cooker. Surely you can cook meatballs, but this recipe is slightly different from the rest of your gravy.

What meat can I take for meatballs? Anyone, but I'll take the pork, it is more respected in my family. Rice for meatballs is best to take round. It is perfect for this dish.

Ingredients:

Rice - 0.5 cups;

Stuffing - 500-600 g;

Onion - 1 pc.;

Carrots - 1 pc.;

Egg - 1 pc.;

Tomato paste - 2-3 tbsp. l .;

Vegetable oil;

Spice.

Recipe:

The main condition for delicious meatballs is properly prepared rice. There are several ways to prepare it. The first is to pour boiling water in the evening and leave until the morning. And the second boil the rice until half cooked. I used the second method. Pour rice with cold water, bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes in slightly salted water.

We discard the rice on a fine sieve and let the excess liquid drain.

Combine the cooled rice with minced meat, add the egg and spices - black pepper and salt.

Mix the mass well until smooth.

Let's have a roast. Peel onions and carrots. Dice the onion, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Add a little vegetable oil to the bowl of the multicooker and pass the vegetables in the "Fry" mode for 7 minutes.

Then add tomato paste to them and mix well.

Roll the balls from the minced meat with rice and put them on the passivated vegetables directly into the multicooker bowl.

Fill meatballs with water so that it almost covers them. Close the lid of the multicooker and select the "Buckwheat" or "Rice" mode. Turn it on and wait for a sound signal about the end of the program.

This is what the meatballs look like at the end of cooking. Appetizingly?

You can serve meatballs as an independent dish or with mashed potatoes. Enjoy your meal.
