Crab sticks have been included in our diet relatively recently, but they have already won the love of many thanks to their unique taste. What is not prepared from this product: soups, main dishes, but snacks are especially tasty. Especially harmoniously crab sticks are combined with fresh vegetables, seafood, sausages, legumes and pineapples.

The main condition for a delicious snack is quality crab sticks. When choosing a product, be sure to pay attention to the composition. Surimi should be at least 45%. If this ingredient is less or absent altogether, this indicates that the product consists of starch, soy and flavoring.

1. Defrost the sticks at room temperature and carefully unfold, being careful not to tear the canvas.

2. Put the eggs in a pan, fill with water and place on the stove. Cook to a state of hard boiled. Then transfer them to a container of ice water and cool. Peel and separate the whites from the yolks. Chop the chicken protein into fine chips. We will use the yolks for decoration.
