Chris Kelmy convicted

Today, the world court found guilty the singer Chris Kelme, who was recently detained for driving while intoxicated.

Kelme was sentenced to 22 days of administrative arrest.

It is curious that at the time of the singer’s arrest, he did not have a driver’s license - he was deprived of them for a similar violation.
