Cooking cottage cheese pastry is a great opportunity to show your culinary talent even for a not-too-experienced hostess.

Cakes, pies or cookies turn out to be unusually tender, soft and tasty. In this recipe, a multicooker is used to bake a pie, which, due to uniform heating and an airtight lid, simply does not allow the cake to burn or remain unbaked.

Naturally, in the cooking process, it may be necessary to slightly adjust the amount of a product. For example, flour may need a little more or less. In addition, butter can be successfully replaced with margarine, and instead of fat-free cottage cheese, take any other. The main thing is that all products are fresh and of high quality.

Ingredients

Sunflower oil - 50 gr.

Onion - 100 gr.

Minced meat - 500 gr.

Cottage cheese 9% - 500 gr.

Sour cream - 50 gr.

Eggs -2 pcs.

Spices to taste

Flour - a glass

Butter - 50 gr.

Cooking

Before proceeding directly to the preparation of cheese pie, it is necessary to perform some preliminary steps, namely:

• cottage cheese, sour cream, butter, eggs must be removed from the refrigerator in advance - some should be at room temperature;

• defrost minced meat, if necessary;

• flour must be sifted.

Now that everything is ready, you can do the preparation of the filling. To do this, you need:

1. Turn on the slow cooker by selecting the “fry” mode and let it warm up a little.

2. Pour vegetable oil, put minced meat in a bowl, fry for two to three minutes.

3. Add onion, chopped into small cubes, chopped cabbage and continue frying the filling for another 12 - 13 minutes.

4. Salt, pepper. You can add any other kind of spices (for example, dried or fresh basil), as well as finely chopped herbs.

5. Transfer the prepared filling into a bowl, allow to cool to room temperature.

While the filling is cooling, you can begin to knead the dough.

1. Add salt, soda and baking powder to a bowl of sifted flour.

2. In another bowl, mix the cottage cheese, eggs, sour cream, soft butter and mix until smooth. If the cottage cheese contains an excess of whey, it should be pre-squeezed.

3. Combine the contents of both bowls and knead the soft dough.

4. The dough must be divided into two unequal parts in a ratio of 2 to 1. Most are rolled out and laid out on the bottom of the multicooker bowl, previously greased with vegetable oil. In this case, it is necessary to leave the sides about 2 cm high;

5. On the dough, evenly spread the meat filling, cover with the remaining dough.

6. The cake will be baked for 40 minutes (mode - “baking”). However, 25 minutes after the start of baking, it must be turned over to the other side.

And finally, a little advice: you need to let the finished pie cool down a bit, then it can be easier to cut into neat portioned pieces.
