Breakfast is very important for health. This is evidenced by numerous studies. It is proved, for example, that if a woman does not eat breakfast in the morning, she is more often prone to stress and depression.

The reason is that, together with breakfast, we deprive ourselves of trace elements and other beneficial substances. As a result, we get a breakdown, lethargy, weakened immunity.

A big mistake is made by those who want to lose weight and, following a diet, skips breakfast. The effect is completely opposite. Hunger for dinner intensifies to such an extent that it is difficult to control. People who ignore breakfast often form stones in the gallbladder.

To get the most out of breakfast, remember and observe the following:

1. The best time for breakfast is from 7 to 8 in the morning.

2. To cause a feeling of hunger, it is useful to do a light physical exercise before a morning meal.

3. Breakfast should be correct, only then it will benefit health. A rationally composed menu will help to avoid snacks and wait for dinner without any problems, which is very effective in losing weight.

4. In the morning it is useful to eat foods containing carbohydrates, proteins, fiber, calcium, B vitamins and iron: cereals, cottage cheese, eggs, cheese, salmon, fresh fruits.

5. Sweets, pastries from butter dough and fatty foods are not recommended.

6. And do not forget to have a glass of water before breakfast. This contributes to a better functioning of the gastrointestinal tract.
