Recipe 1. Pork with onions in the oven slices in foil

Ingredients

800 g of pork pulp;

freshly ground black pepper;

Cooking method

1. Wash the pork under running water, soak it with a napkin and cut off all the lard. Cut the meat across the fibers with slices 1 cm thick. Pre-beat the slices if you do not plan to marinate the meat for a long time.
