• a glass of wheat flour;

• a glass of bird cherry flour;

• three eggs;

• a glass of milk and sugar;

• 10 g of soda.

For cream, 700 g of sour cream and a glass of powdered sugar.

Cooking

1. Pour ground cherry into a bowl, pour a glass of hot milk, cover and wrap in something warm, for example, in a terry towel. Leave for two hours.

2. Beat three eggs with a glass of sugar. The taste of the cake will be more saturated if you add a little salt.

Ingredients

• 120 g flour;

• 3 eggs;

• 1 tbsp. Sahara;

• 1 tsp with a large hill of cultivator;

• a glass of sour cream.

For cream:

• 240 ml cream;

Cooking

1. Break the eggs. Take a large bowl. Beat with sugar for about five minutes to form a good froth.

2. Add sour cream, stir.

3. In a dry bowl, combine the cultivator with bird cherry and ordinary flour, mix thoroughly.

4. Pour the mixture with bird cherry into the dough, mix again and pour into the greased bowl of the multicooker.

5. Close, set the baking program for 50 minutes. Then leave it heated for another 15 minutes. It is advisable to check the degree of readiness of the cake with a match. If suddenly the crumb is damp, you can add another ten minutes.

6. We get the cake, cool to a cold state, then with a long knife we ​​need to cut it into three parts.

7. Whip the cream for five minutes. It is important that they are oily (at least 30%), otherwise the cream will be liquid. Introduce icing sugar, continue to beat until smooth. You can add vanilla.

5. Add ordinary flour and soda to the dough, you do not need to extinguish anything, since lactic acid is present. Stir.

6. At the very end, add whipped proteins, mix and immediately spread in a greased form.

7. We send bird cherry cake to the oven. We bake at 170 degrees until tender. You can bake this cake in a slow cooker too, in which case using the standard program will take about 60 minutes.

8. Cool, cut into several plates. The thinner they are, the faster the dessert will permeate.

9. Sour cream mix with sugar, spread the cakes. We try not to crush them, so that the cream does not come out on the sides, it is completely absorbed. Garnish with crushed cookies or sprinkle with chocolate.

Bird cherry cake with cream cheese

The recipe for a chic cherry cake, which is prepared with cream of cream cheese. You can use mascarpone or any other, but it should not be too salty.

Ingredients

• 200 ml of milk;

• 200 g flour;

• 200 g of ground bird cherry;

• 180 g of sugar;

• four eggs;
