1. After boiling hard-boiled eggs and peeling, we cut them into very small cubes or rub on a grater.

2. Cut the meat into small pieces, rub the cheese on a coarse grater or cut into small cubes.

3. Onion cut into half rings, put in a bowl and, sprinkled with sugar, mix it well to let the juice, then pour vinegar mixed with 1 tbsp. l water so that the onion does not turn out too sour. Pickle the onion for about half an hour.
